I brought in my own soles to replace the old, worn-out ones on my Guidis and had a great experience. Miguel seemed super knowledgeable and initially recommended stitching the soles, which I agreed to at first. After doing a bit more research, I called back after I had already dropped the boots off and asked if we could keep the soles cemented instead to preserve the original Guidi construction. He was completely understanding and accommodated the change without any issue. Turnaround was fast! I got my boots back within just a few days. I also asked them not to buff out the heel, and they followed my instructions exactly, which I really appreciated.
