The part that sucks is a receipt was promised and now they're not responding to my text messages. I had to make payment before he would drop my truck at the mechanic 12-4-24. Today is 12-20-24 I need a receipt to submit for reimbursement. But no, cam-l gets paid and I get screwed...If I had used a different company I would already be submitted for reimbursement. Sorry family Christmas is going to be a little lighter this year because Dad spent that money and can't get paid back... Would give five stars but driver has a callous disregard for my finances.

We really appreciate companies that communicate with you and keep you updated, and that is exactly what we got with Tom's. They were also punctual and professional! We will definitely call Tom's first in the future when we need another transport. It's not always easy to find decent companies that provide outstanding service, (and I feel that sometimes reviews aren't authentic) so when we find one, they make our list of A+ businesses. Tom's made our list and we highly recommend them for any of your towing or transport needs.

I can't even begin to share how horrible of an experience I've had with Sierra Towing. After what…read moreseemed like a decent phone call with Chris yesterday he had had a quote of almost double of his competitor Barnett's. Chris had expressed he would like to earn my business and said he would match their pricing if I would commit to using him. We discussed payment and after finding out there would be a $40 fee for card I told him i would not be doing that and could do Venmo or business check and we had mutually agreed on Venmo. We scheduled for first thing this morning and he picks the truck up late around 1pm. He texts me when he gets to the shop we were paying to have the truck hauled to and requests we get him paid while he's still there. It's not working because apparently his account is not set up completely ... his response is "weird" and nothing more. My husband tries setting up to leave work and meet him with cash on his way back to his shop as the shop he had taken it to was about an hour past where my husband was at in Marana and Sierra Towing is in Tucson so it would be on the way. At this point Chris is just not responding to anyone. I try calling several times and receive a text saying he is hooking it up and impounding it at his yard. The experience we had could not have been more unprofessional. I would HIGHLY recommend going with Barnett's before giving yourself and unnecessary headache with this company. My husband has had a trucking company for several years and has dealt with many tow companies. Not one experience as awful as with this company. Oh and I also had a text while we were trying to figure out the Venmo debacle saying " I tried the Venmo ‍. I can leave it without payment. CC fee is $40." Not trust worthy people.

The driver, Al, met me with a smile and did a terrific job of figuring out how to get my vehicle out of an odd spot and hooked up to his truck. He got my car to the repair shop and my self to my home, which included helping carefully hoist me into his 50 foot tall truck. The cost seemed very reasonable. SA responded immediately with a qoute of $100 and could schedule an appointment later that day. Sounded decent so I get the appointment I wanted. Then they asked me to call them. Their call resulted in the "qoute" going up $40. I was sure so I said I call them back. I called back not even 5 minutes later and said oh now now we're getting slammed we can't do it until later. I asked how much longer and they wouldn't say. So I said I'd go else where and left a review to reflect my experience. A reputable company would have left it there, but not this place. Within a minute they immediately reached out to harass me and sent walls and walls of texts over hours. I thought they were so busy right? Apparently they have plenty of time harass people who turned them down between all that not towing they were doing . I should really thank them though. Called a reputable company and got them there in 15 minutes for $100... no fake adjustments. I can't imagine being a "business" owner and spending my time insulting potential customers instead of working... oh that's right, I dont. Anyway it was clear they thought being the last to text was winning and they would never stop so I had the block them. Truly sad representation of a business.
