For junior players, the training is excellent and the coaches have a lot of good experience to help you take your game to the next level. For adults, the community is friendly and if you can't find a match for the day, the pro shop will help set you up with someone your level. I love the Kiwi Tennis Club and if you're ever looking for something fun to do on a Friday night, check out the Friday Night Lights exhibition matches. They usually draw a great crowd!

The staff is friendly enough and the instructors energetic and fun at what they do. Only star demerit is that it has no smoothie stand and its design is too suburban-oriented - it will ever not be absurd that people drive to the gym instead of bike and walk."

Instead, they blast music in the personal training area to compete with the music already playing throughout the gym. When you complain, they tell you that it's a corporate policy to play the music that loud. When I contacted corporate, they said it was at the GM's discretion. The one fat personal trainer loves to pretend he owns the gym and has tried to kick people out for working out in that personal training area during sessions. Nowhere in the contract does it state that any areas are off-limits during any hours. They're also frequently out of wipes to wipe down the equipment. A solution could be for them to provide towels. Might be cheaper than buying disposable wipes. Also, they seem to not care when people leave their weights everywhere. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because the staff at the front are always friendly. They greet you and bid you farewell as you leave.

The classes are too small and only 45 minutes. Machines are always broken, and the place is always filthy. The app for classes never works so now I can't even sign up for classes. We will not be renewing. And since the owner passed away and they are fighting in probate, we are not even guaranteed the place will be in business in a few months. Some machines are constantly out of order and never get repaired or serviced. Worst of all, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. It's clear the gym isn't well maintained. When you raise concerns, the owner takes it personally and responds with an attitude--he clearly doesn't care about the facility. There are plenty of gyms in the area that are cleaner, more affordable, and better managed. The only upside? It's usually empty at any time of day, which I assume is because most people have already taken their business elsewhere

We had a horrible experience with this club. We had heard mixed reviews from the community and knew…read morethat some girls would sit on the bench especially if the coach wanted to play his/her own players from their affiliated high school over higher skilled players. And that is exactly what happened. Our daughter's skill didn't improve but if a player played high school vb for the coach then they got to play every game and didn't rotate off the court. When we spoke to the owner about play time, the owner had every excuse for why girls sit on the bench. She needs to acknowledge that her coaches are biased towards their own high school players and that is the information that is coming down the pipe and passed to other parents considering this club. But do what you gotta do. Just don't expect $$$$ for our kids to sit on the bench. FYI: Many of the players don't return the next season. The best athletes in our county go to an Orlando club because they know that this club gets them no where. Go watch recent youtube videos. The older elite teams look like high school JV teams. The coaches scream at the players during the games. I saw our coach stomp their feet in a tantrum and scream at one girl until the girl quit trying. That's pretty abusive. The players on my daughter's team said they were disappointed in and embarrassed for our coach. Only half the team returned the next year. Bottom Line: I can't say we had one positive experience with our coach, team, and the club owner. It was a total waste of our money and time. Buyer beware!
