They meet in the parking lot and take the dogs inside, which is great so I don't have to get my kids out of their seats. And the puppies were in and out within 10 minutes. The doctor came out and talked me through literally everything. And the receptionist is also incredible. I was sceptical because of the low rating but honestly, this place has surprisingly gone above and beyond. I even prefer it over my old vet down south. Very happy.

My cat was due for his vaccinations scheduled for May 13. I never spoke with Craig but the on call service providers who initially secured the appointment with the Craig's clinic were advised by clinic staff of his decision approximately 40 minutes into my drive to his clinic. Craig was the designated service provider for the weekend and was obliged to serve my emergency case. What ensued was a desperate search for hours trying to find a vet. One was secured approximately 400 kilometres from my home, but my poor cat died en route to that clinic. I will never forgive Craig for his callous negligence and disregard towards my pet.

Without a long litany of questions or wait, "Tank" and I got in to see her right away. A week later, on our way home, Tank needed an additional medication, one we rarely use, nor one she stocks, but we had left at home. Since we were from out-of-town, and therefore not a likely return customer, she could have easily blown us off. Instead, she took the time to look-up Vets to find one who did stock it on our route home. She found one in Alanson, MI and called ahead so they would be expecting us. While we were waiting, she casually diagnosed a problem that our current Vet (4 Yelps average) had been advising we ignore. We changed Vets when we returned home. The issue was surgically addressed, and it turned out to be pre-cancerous, at best (scary.) Yes, she has cats, but so do we. Tank is a relaxed "Old Soul," and when a large cat come marching up and soft-pawed him on the nose, his expression appeared to be, "Yeah? Don't worry about it. I'll be out of here in a little while, and you can go back to being King of your Catdom!" I thought it was funny.
