We were told arrival time will be 9:30 AM. we were waiting for hours and hours, we called, we texted to inquire about the status of the service, NO CALL BACK OR TEXT RECEIVED WHATSOEVER! Benitez Pressure Washing simply 'disappeared' from the radar! This lack of professionalism and commitment is astounding - complete disregard for the business arrangement.
