Just returned from a week's holiday on the Isle of Mann with Alfa. Jef was the exceptionally fine driver/ courier. He had truly done his homework and knew all about the island. He made it SO interesting and with a dry sense of humour, gave us facts we really wanted to know.even the best but inexpensive places to have coffee, buy kippers etc and he was totally sensitive to the needs of his passengers, some of whom had walking difficulties. Really, I think he needs a pay rise for all the hard work he did, (even using his courier skills to help on his day off.) plus his skillful driving! He 'made' our holiday a trip to remember! have just returned from the Hydro Hotel llandudno which was nice the hotel requires a little bit of decorating in certain areas the staff at the hotel were very helpful. But our tour driver Tony was very unsocialable he never made a comment about any point of intrest we passed on our way to the hotel and walked passed us in the street without as much a Hello..on our departure we left hotel @09.45am and our first stop was at Chester services @10.50am for a 1hour stop we had only done 48 miles why ???? just got back from great Yarmouth on sat and although weather wasn't great we had a lovely driver called simon who I believe had just started working for you he was brilliant hotel really nice and clean staff really friendly great Yarmouth its self is really nice I would highly recommend only problem I think some of your trips that where included could of been better the only good one was to Norwich having said that I would go again but do my own trips read more

Just come back from Isle of Wight. (Sandown). Our driver Max was great. Very knowledgeable about the island. Told some great stories and looked after all of us very well. We look forward to our next holiday with Alfa at Eastbourne in November. Only wish Max was coming with us. read more

Just returned from horrible week with Alfa travel to Exmouth, it was by far the worse Holliday we have ever been on, the coaches are dated and un comfortable, and the budget hotels they use are like old peoples homes, my advice is stay well clear of Alfa Travel !.. read more
