I called to get a quote for insurance. The lady on the phone said she was going to transfer me to…read moresomeone that would help me. I got cut off, so called back. The lady told me again she was going to transfer me, and I got cut off. I was going that way so I decided I would stop and get a quote in person. I walked in and two ladies were at the front. One lady asked could she help me, and I said I need to get a quote. The other lady said we are busy. I asked how long she said 15 minutes. OK I will wait. I waited 15 minutes, another 15, another 15. The time I waited she got on the phone 3 different times trying to get help, sounded like insuring waterfront property. Whoever was talking to her on the phone I'm sure thought she is not ever going to understand, they told her that they would email her the instructions. Not helping me she turned to the computer and started working on it. I said can you not stop and help me. The other lady said they would be fired if they didn't get this done. I said so you are not going to help me? The other lady said we are shorthanded and are the only two working. I thought the phone call I had made earlier was being transferred to the person sitting next to her. I called today trying to talk to Mr. Harris to let him know how I was treated. I believe she may have seen it on caller ID so he wasn't in. I got insurance down the road today in less than 15 minutes. I do not recommend Harris Insurance.
