They provided a written estimate first (which they stuck to when it came time for the bill), showed up on time for both the estimate visit and the actual work, and performed the work safely, expediently, and with adequate clean-up afterward. Pricey, but worth it for the level of service. Hoping to hire them again in the spring for some additional tree and stump work.

The following week, two younger fellows came out to do the job, spent the day working hard, my husband checked into a few times, noting that some of the things talked about during the initial meeting were not "planned for," such a replacement of a few broken bricks and a lime treatment of some sort (my husband handled these conversations). Things we were willing to let go. The two men finished, IT LOOKED GREAT! We thanked them, payed them, and off they went.. Less than two weeks later, weeds started to take over the entire flower bed.. We noticed there was no weed barrier (carpet) laid to protect against the weeds (which was agreed upon in the initial meeting). We called to have this corrected, only to be told that they would not be correcting this issue, and that we needed to buy a weed killer to spray instead. In my opinion, this response was not very professional, or sensitive to the fact that our children play around the area they suggested we douse with harmful chemicals.. I wish I was writing a more positive review. If you chose this company, make sure the person who comes to give you a quote writes down the quality of work you are expecting.

We paid $1400 to have weeding, bed cleanup ( excpt my perennials), applying Preen followed by…read moremulch- in 3 areas only-That was in spring 2026, now its July and sadly, the weeds have grown back again and we have to hire this work out again as we are preparing to sell our home- if you just pull weed grass without digging it up treating the area and laying enough mulch to keep the sun out, the weeds and grass in beds return quickly...I think they are best suited for general lawn care, mulch installation ( needed another inch or so), but I cannot recommend them for knowing weeds from $$ perennials....deadheading old growth is not same as cutting the perennial down to the ground, esp if it is actively blooming in spring such as clematis...i have many specialty plants and I admit it hard to let them go in my beds I was anxious... They were polite and kind, one young man seemed eager to follow my instructions....there was an adjustment made to our bill for damaged plants. We felt it was very $$ for the ateas we had done, esp since the weeds in front bed and grass by sidewalk by front door have returned with vengence Hoping our next experience will go easier...

Their incredible crews showed up and made short work of my massive burning bushes, boxwoods, and cypress. A quality job, cleanup, and attention to detail! My landscape can breathe again. I wrote back asking for them to redo some of my plants and add mulch. They came out and sent me a proposal for a reasonable price, but then I had to send several additional emails to get the work scheduled. Scheduling took a long time and although I asked to be home while they did the work and let them know when I had an appointment that day they arrived just as I was leaving, and while I was gone put the plants in all the wrong places. They came back and fixed it and again looked good. I contacted them because there was some areas where water was pooling so they said they'd come back to add some more mulch to fill in those areas. For some reason that took a month to get done with multiple additional email as follow up from them was often poor. They were again going to come out while I was home and assured me they'd call. Of course neither of those happened. Overall, while they work was good the process was horribly frustrating and I'll look elsewhere next year.
