Started with the anchovy crudo out of local waters bread crumbs local greens!! Awesome!
Next crudo plate with 5 different salts and two soy sauces and two peppers!!! It's a must try !
Next course was tuna seared lightly on the grill smoked and with broccoli purée and bok choy!
Risotto with dried tomatoes parsley and smoked salt with the purge the smoke and texture ! Salt and smoke added that note of excellence needed to finish the dish! Risotto was cooked perfectly!!! Best restaurant in lecce!!! Btw chef is only 30 and a beautiful shy women self taught!!!!
