This so called doctor decided that my son was over ear…read moreinfections ( he was in the middle of terrible infections in both ears with goop running out of his ears ) so she decided to pull his permanent tubes out of his ears in the office. Because they were permanent they had grown into his eardrums and she ripped the ear drum tissue out and left holes in both of his ear drums! He had blood curdling screams and she just kept on doing it! He had to have a plastic surgeon take tissue from his ear lobes to cover the holes that she left. I don't know how she is still in practice because most doctors wouldn't refer patients to her. She's a terrible doctor and I definitely do not recommend her to anyone.

I was in and out in about 30 minutes including doing my paperwork. He quickly was able to assess the situation and determine that my tonsils needed removed. I was scheduled for surgery promptly. The surgery went well. He followed up and called me from his personal cell so I'd have it in case of any emergencies. I did in fact have a secondary bleed and he was responsive even in the middle of the night not only to my text messages, but to the ER doctors when they reached out to him for guidance. He then opened up a special appointment for me to come in the next morning to check things out. Absolutely the best care I have ever received from any doctor. After waiting for weeks for the call, I called them to find out they had no record of the referral. I had the referral sent again, filled out forms, and now I've been waiting for a week for a scheduling call back after I was told they would call back in a day or two. I can't seem to reach anyone via phone. They suggest trying the "chat" on the website but after waiting for a bit it just says "Sorry! Could not connect you to an agent, please try again." This is during business hours.
