I decided to get an undercut done and I only wanted this place to do it since I've seen their work. First off.. when I go in don't seem like you haven't cut women's hair before.. next. Jokingly I said dont mess it up.. I said it because i felt comfortable enough to joke. The guy was chatting it up with me. Now to my hair.. like 10 inches were cut off. And my hair looks fucking ridiculous. I felt so stupid in the chair that i wanted to just leave. I hated it right there. I know the quality of this place and I expected it to be 1,000 better. It's not clean and I have so many uneven pieces of hair. So many! It doesnt look too much like the picture I showed him and now I got some pieces way longer than others and a fucking patch of some hair. I'm going to research a good place to cut women's hair and just go there. Sorry to give a bad review but I think this place is just better off cutting men hair and not women. After the cut he tell me well it's going to look different because the girl in the picture has different texture... um okay.

But he strained his neck a few months ago and never came back (I think management wasn't treating him great?) I started seeing another guy there, I won't blow up his spot but I've seen him 3 or 4 times now, he hasn't remembered me once. He's always talking about how he cuts celebrities' hair and runway models' hair... to the point where it seems like he resents being here cutting normal people's hair. He gave me a cut yesterday that was devastating... my friends are all saying I look like a H**ler youth Republican and that I've never looked this bad before. This is not my vibe. I did not ask for this. Three of my friends separately asked "How did this happen?" I hate the way my head looks now :,) I don't feel like myself at all and feel so awful. I want to chop my own head off. That will be my last visit to Persons of Interest now that Kei's gone.

I usually don't like going to a random barber unless I get a recommendation from a friend, because I'm afraid of getting my haircut messed up. I like getting a skin fade and a good shape up. Johan executed a really good skin fade and a really straight line up. Almost perfect haircut. Be aware this is a cash only shop, I only had $15 or so in cash and the haircut was $25. Offered the $15 to Johan while I went to the bank, and he let me go grab more money without grabbing any "collateral" from me. I appreciate the trust, and I appreciate the really good haircut. I would definitely return with plenty of cash in hand next time. Thank you again.

Being a bit leery of these type of places, I would rather pay a little more and be happy with what I got instead of paying less for a mediocre cut. I found this place on yelp. Let me be clear in my review…read more I think there are far superior barbershops in the neighborhood that provide more consistent service at a more affordable price. I have enjoyed hair cuts here in the past but the folks who cut my hair never seem to stay at the shop for very long so I have had to go elsewhere to find a place that can keep someone I like for an extended period of time. Call ahead if you do decide to visit; I recently walked to the shop for a haircut around 9 am and the place is closed. It is frustrating when the hours here are not up to date.
