Unfortunately it did not pass city inspection as it was not up to code. It is a requirement that when service line is replaced the entire service needs to be up to code. That was news to me, but a registered electrician is required to know that code. He didn't bother to let me know this. One of many items that need upgrading are the grounding rods, which he said were good. Now I'm faced with a very expensive fix that includes tearing apart everything Rivello did. When I tried to contact Xcel and Rivello about this, I got nothing but crickets. Totally shady and unethical. Do not use this business.
