However, what separated Victory from other companies is the preparation, attention to detail, and the communication that I received. Anthony from Victory arrived around 10 am on a Saturday morning and explained everything that he would be doing for the day. He explained thoroughly which chemicals he would be using and instantly got to work. He pre-wet my flower garden and shrubbery to ensure that the chemicals in the wash didn't harm them. He even went as far to notify my neighbor of the chemicals that he would be using and pre-wet his boat cover to make certain that it did not bleach his boat cover. To me, that is solid because since I was the new guy in town and it really saved me the awkward dealings with a new neighbor. After the power washing my vinyl siding looked new! The algae was removed, the mold was gone and what appeared to be years of neglect all but vanished. The attention to detail is what really separates Victory from their competitors. They cleaned my gutter system with a bristled brush extension, cleaned my deck, and cleaned my sidewalk. It was far more than I expected them to do and I didn't even have to ask. It was like Anthony from Victory treated my house like it was his own house. In the past, at my old house, I used a different company to pressure wash, and they did not do nearly half of what Victory did. They did not pre-wet anything, could care less about my garden. In fact, anything that was not my siding was treated like an unwanted obstacle. They never cleaned my gutter system, left cigarette butts scattered across my property and wanted to charge $50 extra to do a small 8x10 patio. So in closing, there are a lot of companies that will clean your house, but from my experience there are not too many that will go the extra mile and treat your home like their home. I negotiated a price for a bunch of dry wall repairs and reframing my front door. Because it was in…read moretheory rotten and needed to be reframed. Turns out it needed better screws in the hinges. This didn't result in a discount. I didn't fight it because he spent about 12 hours 'fixing the dry wall'. Promised that it would be paint ready, which to me means excess dry wall cleaned up textured, and seams smoothed. Several spots were missed the first day, but addressed by revisiting the provided the second day. At the end of the second day when he finished the same cracks were still visible with just a massive amount of dry wall going away from the cracks. Along with that things were patched that were on the list with so much mess I had to remove the spackle and do the spot again. He also didn't texture anything during cleanup so things are not paint ready. On top of the amount of mess left behind, I spent hours this weekend cleaning up dust and starting to correct the work. I was hoping this would save me hours of work cleaning and sanding drywall myself. This is not the case between needing the work redone and the cleaning. I wouldn't recommend them for dry wall work.

Martin and his coworker were efficient and he uses a long hose to clear my downspouts as well as a blower to get the excess leaves out of the gutter. Just blowing the leaves out could still have clogged gutters so I really like that Martin checks and clears clogged downspouts with the hose/water flow!
