I strongly do not recommend working for this company. This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional employment experiences I've had (one of them)
I was hired on the spot and placed at a hotel site where I was initially well-received. After a single issue, I was abruptly removed and told I would be working as a flex officer. After that, the company completely failed to communicate. I stopped receiving any calls, shifts, or updates and was essentially ghosted. I had to reach out myself just to be told I was no longer an active employee--even though I was never formally terminated.
What's worse is that this happened more than once. I was brought back and "rehired" again, only to be treated the exact same way. I was offered a shift by text, and because I didn't respond immediately, I was told the position was filled. After that, I made repeated attempts over weeks and months to contact the office, provide my availability, and get clarification--only to be ignored or given inconsistent answers.
The company claims there are no available hours, yet at the same time other employees were receiving overtime and picking up extra shifts at multiple locations. That level of contradiction shows a serious lack of fairness and organization.
There also appears to be little accountability in their hiring practices. From what I observed, individuals were being brought on without proper verification or consistency in standards, which raises concerns about how the company operates overall.
Overall, this company repeatedly hires people only to leave them without work, communication, or clear status. It feels like a revolving door with no structure or respect for employees' time. With 8 years of experience in security, I can confidently say this is not how a professional company should operate.
