TLDR: Karen Alegi will get the job done quickly and well! (But it is really worth reading the review.) We are very pleased with the work that Alegi Law did for us. Mom needed to update her will, her health care power of attorney, and her advanced directive. They were all nearly 20 years old and things have changed quite a bit in that time. Karen was able to look over the old documents, recommend and make the necessary changes and updates and draw up new documents all within about a week, at a fixed price that seems very reasonable. She was very insightful, polite, easy to work with, and patient with our questions. Karen's expertise with real estate, and real estate law were also very key in making sure that mom's property would convey properly. Thank you Karen. This company should be the dictionary example of excellent service for deeds & title professionals. Keep in mind that every situation is not the same. Mine, has an emotional aspect to it because it was an incomplete process from another firm due to the loss of my mother. This was not a sale of property, then deed & title exchange. This was a dragged on process that the previous firm (my mom's Will attorney) dropped the ball on. Alegi Law picked up that fumble & scored major points with me.
