I cut the wire bundle going from my control box to the valves of my sprinkler system last week…read morewhile trying to repair a broken sprinkler. The wire bundle was entangled in some crepe myrtle tree roots, which was located near the break. As I cut the roots, I inadvertently cut the line. I called Iris Services and they came over to repair. Due to the location and the roots, they chose to dig a little ways down the line where the tree roots wouldn't interfere. The followed the wire bundle as they dug and found enough space to work with. They cut the wire bundle and cut the wire bundle near the control box splicing both ends with new line and dug a new trench to bury the new line, rerouting everything away from the tree and it's roots. Nice work, very professional and courteous, and at a fair price. You can't ask for much more, and I highly recommend

I have her coming out in the spring to do landscaping. It's nice to have a woman do landscaping/designing and have her vision of what my yard should look like. We had reached out to a few landscapers/contractors to get some bids, but was astonished at how flaky some of them were. But Josh was super professional, arrived on time and provided a very fair bid. He had the best price, plus I really appreciated his detailed explanation and timeframe. I was a little reluctant because they didn't have any reviews on Yelp, but they do have reviews on Google, plus I checked out their work on FB. I'm glad we went with Josh and his team. Straight up awesome. He stayed on top of the communications. I also appreciated being able to pay the deposit for materials via credit card through his invoicing system. There is small fee, but worth it to have the peace of mind. The communications from Josh was great. There was rain, which delayed things, but he always called and texted to keep in touch and plan around the rain. This was super important to me to be kept up to date, which he did. The work was to take place over a few days. On the first day of work they showed up on time and was very professional. I was able to check in on the progress and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. At the end of each day of work they cleaned up, kept the work site organized, and I always knew what was to happen next. The final work was top-notch. Both my wife and I were very happy.
