When i first went in to Lidl i was pleasantly surprised. I had expected Lidl to look something like the supermarket in altona bahnhof or the penny in reeperbahn. The customers there are mostly families. No beggers come in to swap bottles for cents. They have a wide variety of cheese, meat, juices everything really.
