I love aldi. Plenty to choose from and great prices. Also have lots of organic options at reasonable prices. My one and only complaint is the lines. It seems like every time I go there is one register open and a line to the back of the store. Just be prepared that it may not be an in and out visit. But other than that its great. read more

I usually LOVE shopping at aldi, but this location was not it. It had the basics, but it was a super small location, and had a lot of things out of stock, messy shelves and was very crowded. We were still able to get what we came for, but I would likely not come back to this location again. It's unfortunate because this is the closest one but it's almost worth a longer drive to go to one that's a little nicer. read more

Beware of Laura!!!! Worst employee in Central FL. Will never go to this store again. Standing in line with items on belt behind two other customers. Every single item was thrown in to the the carts . Both customers asked her nicely several times to please stop her response just laughed. Then I'm trying to beat my record. At one point she busted a bag of rice. Didn't even apologize just told the person just run back and grab another one??? What are you kidding me!!!!!! Almost broke another customer cups . Tried to tell the manager was told he was busy . I love ALDI's business philosophy, no frills grocery shopping with limited quality items at a good price point. Aldi is my first stop on my grocery run. If I can't get what I am looking for here, and I usually can unless it's a specialty item or spices (which are limited), I will then go to one of the larger grocery stores. Why pay more if you don't have to? Aldi is a great option when you are concerned about the quality of the food you eat, and don't want to break the bank to feed your family. It's so nice having limited options, with only four to five aisles of all the essentials. It allows me to get in and out quickly. Who has time to scrutinize 40 BBQ sauces, 20 brands of toilet paper, 30 different types of caned crushed tomatoes, 75 types of cereal, etc. They have regularly-stocked items, including fresh meat, and wine, many of which are ALDI, select brands. A large percentage of the groceries are ALDI brands which I have grown to trust over the years, and taste good. I love their cheese selection and prices. They also partner some local farmers which is nice to ensure that the fruit and veggies are in-season, and fresh, to include organic fruits and vegetables. This Aldi has a Hispanic food section, and carries dog / cat food and treats. ALDI also offers non-food products at a great value that include things from small kitchen appliances, bathroom, home décor items, and seasonal items. You never know what you will find. I was really shocked to find Work Zone products (chain saw, garage shelves and cabinet, car seat overs), and a ninja gingerbread cookie kit. Too cute! The staff have very pleasant demeanors and check out customers extremely fast and efficiently. They are a well oiled machine. Just left this location and manager was very rude he ask me if my dog was a service dog I said yes he then question me with what kind of service dog is he I stated emotional support dog. He then stated that is not a service dog. He did not ask me for or off and insinuated I was lying and said that's not a support dog in front of the whole check out isle which I found rude and unacceptable I will not come back to this location. I was a loyal customer but moving forward I will not return. read more

If you don't care too much about name brands and want to save some money this is your store. They have a good produce department and lots of gourmet cheeses. That's definitely what keeps me going back. They also have really good prices on trail Mix and mikes nuts. Milk and eggs are reasonably priced. Bring a quarter for your cart an some bags. read more

When I first went to an Aldi I was skeptical but then I kept looking around and saw they have Organic products non-GMO products by far I would say two to three times less in price than major stores! :-) thumbs up thumbs up! so I only want to shop at Aldi's....thank you for coming to St Cloud Florida. And yes, I always have my Aldi quarter and I always have my cloth and canvas totes....perfect! Store is pretty clean and organized, I was local washing a comforter and decided to see what they had. Walked around and found name brand Skillet Fajitas Sauce cheaper then the local supermarket. They carry a lot of products for nuce prices. Glad I stopped in, never know what you'll find. The check out is a little tight and wish they hand hand baskets to use. Dont always need carts read more

I have to say I'm loving this place more and have yet to get anything bad. This last trip I was just going to get some stuff for work lunches and to make strawberry lemonade. The strawberries there are great quality and about a buck cheaper than Publix. This store has a very small produce section though. You can't count on all the produce you need. Like lemons, that I needed for the strawberry lemonade. I did buy some nice looking nectarines at 29 cents a piece. The avocados were also quite a bit cheaper than most grocery stores. I bought some low fat cottage cheese and when I went to publix to buy the lemons I saw the same size lowfat cottage cheese at 80 cents more. I have to stop myself from buying the chocolates and the dessert type snacks. They look so good. You know how cadbury makes chocolate bars in the UK well these look very similar and I want to try one but this time I opted for a bag of yogurt raisins and natural trail mix. I needed sparkling water for the strawberry lemonade and found a large bottle for 59 cents that was strawberry-kiwi flavored and decided that it would be perfect. I also bought Vanilla wafers for my husband, and I'm interested to see if he thinks there is a difference in taste from brand to non brand. read more

This is a great place to shop. No they don't carry a lot of name brands but, so what. They do have some name brands but its really about how you cook it. I found the best spiral hams here for an early work holiday event. Of course they were cheaper than all the other supermarkets and they turned out amazing. The produce is were you really can save a great deal of money. The variety is pretty good also. Great when purchasing apps. like cheese and crackers, chips and dips and the best guacamole. They keep the costs down by not supplying bags and you have to insert a quarter to use a cart but again its worth it. The store is clean and kept neat. The employees are very pleasant and seem to remember you. Worth trying a least once, you won't be sorry. read more

OMG i love me some Aldi's! Everything here is way cheaper than typical market price and though it isn't always the popular brand names they sell, they taste and pretty much are of same quality. It gets even better... I came last year the day before thanksgiving for last minute shopping and it wasn't packed with people like Walmart always is close to holidays! They were even fully stocked with everything necessary too! Turkey, ham, all that! I recommend bringing a quarter to use a shopping cart (you get it back when you replace it) and a few shopping bags unless you want to buy some of theirs (only like 15 cents or something). While I love the German business model, the Worldwide overall quality, the lower corporate profit margin expectations, the healthier choices and the affordable produce and meats, It can all be spoiled by the toxic combination of inappropriate behavior and lackluster communication skills. The current management has not trained their front-line employees to not use imperatives with its customers. As a matter of fact, when asked about this the "manager" said she understood but could not give me an example (grade - school placation attempt) that was illuminated for her with über-kindness and patience today. Wonder how the Aldi family in both Germany and America would have reacted to this. Perhaps it's just difficult find good help on St. Cloud but other businesses don't seem to have this difficulty. Might not be back. We'll see. 1st lesson was free, second might contain a more robust curriculum. read more

My new favorite place to grocery shop. I spent $100 bucks yesterday and got the same amount of stuff I would have probably spent $200 on anywhere else. Stuff is not name brand of course, but veggies are all great and super cheap, snack foods are super cheap, cheeses are cheap, and even meat is relatively cheap. Great little place to shop. read more

I started shopping at this Aldi right after it opened and have loved it until recently. Oh, it's still very good overall, so long as stock is delivered. Bare produce bins prompted the manager to post a note of apology outside one day for being shorted. Over time I learned that the stock - el primo, so to speak - goes to the flagship stores. In this case, Haines City gets the goods first. A week or so later I went to the H.C. store and, lo and behold, they weren't kidding: immaculate, fully stocked, and with a few items never before seen in the St. Cloud one. Also, very short checkout lines as opposed to just the opposite in S.C. It's sort of funny since H.C. was considered a shabbier area long ago, with higher insurance rates; but it's much closer to Lakeland, Aldi's headquarters! Rank always has its privileges and it doesn't go down well for those on the short end. Over the last month the S.C. store has revived almost to its former glory. The staff are very nice and work very hard. I just hope that Aldi invests in upkeep as it expands; this is often what ruins the best of them. I also hope they read this as well as everyone else's comments since their online customer service has also come up short. read more
