From route 11, it's a couple of short local streets. There are banners put up along the streets and were very helpful in guiding us to their parking lot. The parking lot is large but by 1pm it was full! It was worth a visit!

I ordered some chocolates to be sent to my brother, who is in the hospital. I asked them to be sent UPS next day air. First, I receive a message stating the order had been shipped. BUT, it was sent UPS Ground. Tried to call GH, they had already closed there customer service department at 4:30 in the afternoon. A nice lady who answered wanted to hep, but she couldn't, and was very apologetic. So I called UPS. They informed me the shipment hadn't even been tendered to them. Emailed GH. Got an email back stating they didn't ship after Thursday afternoon to "protect he quality of their chocolates." Asked why then did they ship UPS Ground, since I had placed an order for myself on Wednesday, and since there was no hurry had it shipped by UPS Ground Shipment, and it won't arrive until Monday, SIX DAYS after it was placed. So much for "protecting the quality." Also asked why they said the shipment had been shipped when it hadn't. No response, then a curt message the shipment would go out on Monday. Still no answer whether it would be shipped next day air, which I had requested and paid for. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND COMPLETE LACK OF CARE, EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING MY BROTHER IS ILL AND IN THE HOSPITAL.

Seriously, look for those factory seconds in the back of the place. You can walk out with bags off chocolates and goodies on the cheap! The person fulfilling the order sent me updates or clarifying questions about substitutions when applicable. Items that they did not have were refunded and delivery was fast. It's a lower-budget Whole Foods, but some departments (such as cheeses or bakery) are equivalent to or better than smaller Whole Foods stores. Full-service butcher and seafood department, huge bakery and prepared foods sections, it puts a lot of other stores to shame. There's always something new to discover here, which makes grocery shopping, dare I say, fun.
