No attempt to check stock there or anything. We purchased a lot and still got a good deal for buying so much but they were also fine with selling it to us individually rapped in one pound paper wraps so we could fill the freezer without having to purchase all of it bundled together then us needing to repackage it before we stored it. Other places we go to refuse to do that. It is either buy the bulk package and get the discount or buy the smaller packages at full price no matter how much you are buying, so I am very happy with the way we were treated there. We also got a better price than we would have gotten at one of the bulk food stores or other Meat places we checked. The meat is fresh and wonderful. The service and people are great. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place.
