They have a nice selection of local and organic products. Their prices are fair, if not low. I would like to see MORE stuff at the market. If I needed any more summer flowers, I would likely buy them here as well. They have neat stuff like jams, jellies, and honey, as well as meats and sausages and eggs. Stop in on a weekend, you won't leave empty handed.

From start to finish, she never once made us feel rushed, and neither did anyone else on staff. There wasn't even the slightest hint that they were trying to wrap things up for the night. That speaks volumes about the culture there. We've driven past this place for years saying, "we need to try it," and now our only regret is not stopping in sooner. The food was phenomenal--true Southern-style comfort food made fresh daily. I had the chicken fried steak, my wife had the pulled chicken, and my mom ordered the bologna sandwich. Hard to stop eating that before I packaged up about half my meal (and enjoyed very much the next day). Amenities-- they sell beer; even though I did not have that day, I know some meals I'd have loved to add a well-priced bottle. Service was great, friendly and responsive. I like the places that let me scan a QR code to pay and tip, and they had that. You'll find an array of fresh produce, meats/deli, bulk foods (nuts, granola), and vitamins. When it comes to food, I think that more options are always a good thing. So, I welcome the arrival of this store. But, for me, it is mixed bag on whether Sprouts has an advantage over its peers in this category. For produce: I was impressed with the selection of items. It seems like they have an assortment of fresh items that I haven't seen elsewhere. For example, they had a large display of organic papayas -- something that isn't prominently sold elsewhere. The meats/seafood: Prepackaged items were priced around the same as competitors and they have store brand items. The meat case was more expensive than Earthfare. Bulk foods: This is an area where Sprouts excels. Larger selection than other stores. I didn't see as many prepared foods and there is no hot bar, pizza, or quick service foods. If you start delving into items, I found the prices to be a little higher on average. But, there are also store brand items that are unique to Sprouts and may be good choices. Also, if you are looking for things like kombucha, Earthfare is better for selection. Overall: A decent option for organic foods. Check them out and sign up for their rewards program.

Specific to Amazon grocery delivery: This is now the second…read moretime our groceries were not delivered. There is a button on one's Amazon page to "contact driver": the driver spoke English well enough only to tell me she had no groceries for delivery. I called the store and they gave me...Amazon's main telephone number. Look: I understand Amazon "runs" the grocery delivery service but it is completely ridiculous that the store has no way to confirm if a delivery was actually loaded for delivery. Amazon, on their end, "only sees the delivery is running late and it is possible the driver listed it not the one doing the delivery." Excuse me?? How do the store AND Amazon have no way to track who actually has the delivery? There is jo oversight or accountability on either end. The best: I get to call Amazon back to tell them it wasn't delivered but I have to wait an hour. Our groceries were shopped for (one item out of stock) and the driver kept saying: she had groceries but not ours (I never gave her an address????) and she didn't do the 4:45 block. And there were other people in the car telling her how to answer. So: who is riding around with our dinner? For the second time?! Truly disgusted. Cancelling my grocery subscription. No oversight between store and delivery, and the poor girl answering the phone must hear it often, because she meekly gave me the number without mentioning: it's the general Amazon number, too, not even grocery specific.
