At Dragon's, the owner also works as the cashier, and the checkout experience felt tense and uncomfortable. The woman working Saturday night the 15th shift was particularly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning under any circumstances. The Skinny Vietnamese lady, I think she's also the owner. She is significantly friendlier and more welcoming than the rest of the staff. Despite working very hard, she still treats every customer kindly and respectfully. That is what true leadership looks like. The team could benefit from following her example.
