I drive back to the window and a girl barely opened the window and held out a cup. I grabbed it from her to stem the tide of chocolate flow and before I could turn back to talk to her she had quickly shut the window. I honked to get her attention and said to the 28 year old 'in charge' gal who opened the window that that is not how you handle this by thrusting a cup at me and shutting the window. No, "we are sorry, can I get you any napkins? Another smoothie? a card for a free smoothie next time'. Instead she said " I watched you on the camera and you snatched the cup besides it was probably your cup holder that broke the cup as I made it myself and there was no break.".
