Super cute and my students loved it! The slushies were a hit!…read more Even though they didn't respond to most of our messages or return our phone calls I'm glad we managed to come anyway! The kids loved the play space in the hay loft. That being said I hope next season they will return our calls/answer our questions.

I loved walking through the rows and rows of trees -- White Pine, Scotch Pine, Norway Spruce, Fraser Fir, and Blue Spruce. Wreaths are also available. We selected a Fraser Fir (our first time with this type of tree) and loved the shorter, tighter, almost soft needles and of course a fresh tree smell that can't be beat! The pricing for a tree was very reasonable, averaging 7-$10/ft for most trees and the staff will cut, shake, trim and bale the tree for you -- they can get the trees shockingly compact for transport! The staff was so friendly, which made the experience even better. When it's not Christmastime, the farm seasonally supplies pumpkins and winter squash, Indian Corn, Chrysanthemums, Straw, and live ball & burlap trees to the tri-state area with Fall Harvest events with activities for families as well as educational tours available.* The Goebel Family are the 2nd and 3rd generations to be farming at their current farm location, raising Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, Pumpkins and Christmas Trees.* *taken from the website

I have to be concerned with the safety and welfare of the children that are entrusted to our care while on site. Rudeness is a price to pay for jeopardizing the safety of children and parents. What if you had hit one with your car? You were not here to purchase anything from my business. You had mistakenly come here instead of the business you were seeking. Customers with the attitude you displayed today are not welcome here. Mr. Mayse -----Original Message----- From: Patti McBride [mailto:pattimcbride@ymail.com] Sent: Thursday, October 08, 2015 12:21 PM To: maysefarmmarket@mw.twcbc.com Subject: Rudely treated at your store Hello. Earlier today I pulled into your parking lot trying to find landscaping rocks, knowing there was such a store on St. Joseph Ave. The parking lot was full in front so I carefully pulled around to the back seeing a big group of people under your shelter. I turned in next to another vehicle to check on my phone where I should be instead of Mayse Farm Market. Two gentlemen came up to me and I immediately apologized for intruding if I was. The older man was extraordinarily rude and in a hateful way told me I could not park there because of the children in the area. The younger man was less stern and understood my explanation. He directed me to Schroeder's. As I left slowly to assure them I was being careful I was waved on with disgust by whoever the old guy was. If your business is closed to the public you should put a sign in front to that effect. Since I didn't see a sign that "gentleman" had no right to chase me off much less get ugly about it. I don't know if he was Mr. Mayse or the school principal, but either way Mayse will never get my business again. What's more I'll tell everyone I know how I was treated. Sent from my iPad=
