(iPhone 14 Pro no longer has a physical sim slot and many foreign cell service providers do not provide Esims.). As I am short on time before I travel, Best Buy's only option was to return the iPhone for a refund (no replacement available), so that was not an option for me. I had Victor, the owner's, cell number and messaged him. He said he could replace the battery in 10 minutes Monday morning for $70. I was at his shop in Tavernier at 9am, when he opened. He was literally finished in 10 minutes and now the ancient iPhone functions perfectly with its new battery! Great service and would definitely recommend him for any iPhone repairs!

Lenny really helped me out in a time of great need. I was traveling when my computer stopped…read moreworking, and I needed to complete a very important document by the next day. After thoroughly inspecting my computer, he informed me that my motherboard was probably bad, and that it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than to replace the motherboard. I called several of my computer geek friends from MIT to give me their opinions and even ask another local company if they thought I needed a new motherboard and both sources approved of Lenny's assessment. I was a little nervous because Lenny is a traveling computer analyst so he comes to you (no big fancy building that you go to), I was traveling, I didn't know the area well, I was under pressure to finish the document, and I didn't have a car at the time so my options for computer support were seriously limited. Not only did Lenny give a suggestion of where to buy a new computer, but he also drove me to the location and helped me pick out a new one. He then successfully transferred all the data and programs from my old computer to my new one. I am extremely please. Lenny is a kind, patient, and honest man. He completed the job on time, in an honest manner, and charged me a price that I could afford as a student in a time of great need.

I have the necklace and wasn't aware of the earrings. And the artist Denny Wong isn't easy to find in a lot of jewelry stores. My friend from Hawaii got me into him and told me he's the Cartier of Hawaii. I'm a big fan of Steven Douglas as well. They both do a fine jewelry with sea life collections as well as other beautiful creations. Anyway I called and spoke to Aimee to be sure they had the ring and earrings. I explained I couldn't find my ring and was interested in replacing it and getting the earrings. She had them to me in 2 days. But I was preparing to get an appraisal done and found my ring. So I called her and checked to see if I could please return just the ring. She was happy I found it and was so great about the return. I told her I collect sea life jewelry - and mainly starfish. My mother had a beautiful starfish necklace she wore and I guess it was lost or stolen I had always planned on inheriting that starfish someday and was so sad when my brother told me it was gone. So I started collecting starfish and a few other sea life fine jewelry. When I told Aimee about this and I was talking about rose gold and how I have a few pieces but I hadn't found a starfish in rose gold yet - she said I have an idea. I'm going to text you a picture of one we have. Maybe we can workout and exchange since I was sending the ring back that morning. The starfish is so beautiful- I got it in just 1 day and it is so much prettier then the picture. I have an Elsa Peretti from Tiffany in yellow gold with diamonds - this rose gold starfish is even prettier and more sparkly. They're both about the same size. I definitely suggest looking at the website or if you live near there or plan on visiting Florida - take a trip over there. Or just call Aimee. It's so great when you can connect with someone who understands what you might really like. She could have just accepted the return But instead she tried and successfully found something I love. It did cost more but it's worth it I know I'll treasure this starfish! Thank you Aimee

This last trip it was windy so we actually drove up and down the Keys multiple times being tourists. I stopped in my favorite bookstore in Islamorada to purchase another copy of Capt Fizz's book on Treasure Salving to re-read. When we got home, I started looking up some coin information online. I have a 1 Reale pendant that I love for the shape and I started thinking about maybe getting an (authentic) 8 Reale for my husband for his upcoming birthday. After quite a bit of looking, I kept coming back to one listed by DePaula Jewelers. Not so coincidentally it was a Capt. Fizz coin! I kicked myself for not getting this idea while I was THERE and could have shopped in person. I sent an email with a couple of questions and got a response the next day. My questions were answered and I was offered an incentive to purchase. SOLD! I PayPal'd the money and my purchase was mailed immediately. Thankfully the husband went offshore fishing today so *I* got the mail. O_O. The only drawback is that now I have to wait to give the gift! It is SO cool. I feel like I got 5 star service even with an online purchase. And I like that I got to shop from my home away from home. I recommend this store for unique items and superb service.
