I called really upset because my one eyebrow was lower than my other. I get the injections on my forehead so I stop scrunching in between my eyebrows around my eyes and around my mouth. They offered for me to come back in a few weeks. Which is new for me also. But they didn't work. They didn't make any difference and so I can't go back if you didn't do it right the first time. I'm now on the hunt for an establishment that will listen and get my normal results. The girls are nice there but I'm paying for a product and for a benefit. I did give them a good review on their website because I was hoping that the product will eventually work. I can't delete that good review. I was really hopeful. ALWAYS.. I was a nail technician for 10 years! I had to reschedule my appointment because a situation came up last minute and I was not able to find last minute childcare. I contacted them 8 days out to cancel. I was told that Sunshine would be contacting me to reschedule. This was over 30 days ago. I reached out again after not hearing from anyone 2 weeks ago and was told I would get a phone call.. literally nothing. When I contacted them again, I definitely did not feel the customer service was at all present. Maybe they are very busy with the Groupon deals... but if you are unable to provide service in a timely manner, then putting out deals does not help your clients or your business. Bottom line is: I didn't ask for any royal or VIP treatment. I believe giving a business multiple chances to do what they promise to (return my phone call to reschedule me) within a timely manner isn't asking too much and when I voice my concerns I expect some form of customer service for my patronage. Base on scheduling alone, I will not be using their service. I'm going to wait to go to the girl that I use for waxing at Lotus Blossom Organic Spa (Angelica is seriously amazing at what she does. I used to live in Arizona and the weather change has really messed up my skin. The place is very cute and sits above a hair salon which is very very noisy. My aesthetician was named sunshine and she was very nice but she had just eaten something and smelled like food her hands smelled like garlic. She cleansed my face very quickly and then put a steamer on me very closely to where it was suffocating me. Then she left the room for about 7-10 minutes. I had pads on my eyes so I couldn't see the steamer to move it out-of-the-way and I didn't want to sit up because I might burn myself. It is a big liability to leave a client alone with a hot steam on their face. It actually burned my upper lip. Then she also left the room when I was masking. Also my hour treatment started at 2 PM and I was out by 2:50 that included me putting my clothes on and checking out. Of the 45 minutes of the actual treatment, I was alone for about 15-20 minutes. Just laying there. I can do that at home. It was one of the most horrible facials I have ever gotten when I left I was caked with Dewey moisturizer I had to go home and wash my face she also did not do any extractions. And try to upsell me several times. Buyer beware! I will not be back. Since posting my experience this is what I received from the owner (attached) very unprofessional. I don't think she even knows who I am since she didn't use a cleansing brush on me. It was my first time there, so how was I supposed to just know when she left the room she could still hear me? She never said, holler if you need me. She just said "steam away" and left the room. I since have found a great place for customized facials and my esthetician never leaves the room or tries to sell me on more than I need.

Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design! It's wonderfully made and I love the stars and candles. I didn't think it'd use the "cool plunge " but once I realized it wasn't cold it was much needed after over heating myself from the steam room and hot tub. I didn't think I would enjoy the UV room but I actually did! It was very relaxing. The hot tea and snacks are also a bonus. Just a very well done business idea and something I've been looking for. It was impressive how knowledgeable they both were. Especially Emily ! We tried a few different IV's. The set up is very nice and comfortable, with big cozy chairs, and a ottoman for your feet. The process did take too long. They have pressure IV bags, to help things move along quicker. It really does seem like a great idea to get an immune boost, especially if you are traveling. It is pricey. They might have a discount for your first time. One really cool thing they mentioned to us was regarding iron infusions. Compared to the prices even with insurance, it can be thousands of dollars. Here they are much more reasonable, and you are not paying for everything else they charge you for normally. One other thing to mention. You won't have a needle stuck in your arm for the whole time. They use something that is soft and flexible, so you are free to move your arm around.
