There was a little miscommunication so instead of the 39 minute Express service, it took an hour and a half, but he did some extra stuff in the car so it all worked out. There is no place to really hang out here while you wait, as the closest place would be Cheba Hut or King Soopers, so I had to shlep my wife and three kids somewhere while the work was being done. Bust still not a huge deal. The quality of the cleaning was pretty great, especially compared to Casey's which always does a super mediocre job. For $39.95 not a bad deal if you are willing to find a place to hang out for a while, though it doesn't include an exterior wash. If you want to get an exterior wash, you'll need to use the manual wash there or go elsewhere. I'd give it 3.5 stars, but Josh was really nice so we'll bump it to 4.

As soon as the first brush came down on my windshield I hear a small click noice and approximately three seconds later my windshield cracks! A you can see in the photos I took while I was still in the car wash literally as it was happening. I then immediately go and get the manager and tell him what had happened and he replies "what crack." Then I start looking at the rest of my vehicle and I have two physical wholes in my windshield and in my drivers side headlight and surrounding my car. The manager then brings me out an IPad and says "you need to fill this out" included in the form was a waiver at the end stating they are not responsible for most damaged or really anything a car wash could do that might mess up your car. Needless to say I didn't sign the form! Today I get a call/voicemail from one of there managers stating "they reviewed there cameras and all the damage was preexisting therefore they would not be covering anything!!! Despite all of the camera and video footage I obtained that during and immediately following the car wash! I am appalled at how this was handled and have already contacted a lawyer!!!

I own cars that were manufactured when The Blackeyed Peas were a popular group and I live in the mountains so my cars get roughed up anyway by the terrain and so are never exactly clean. You can pay for very elaborate car washes if you want but the basic will cost you $6 or the Lieutenant will cost you $10. I usually get the Lieutenant and it does the job given all I really want is a wash for my cars that are old enough to legally join the military now. I go to types of places like Firehouse as well for the free vacuum. From road trips to being in the mountains where stones, gravel, grass, and a bunch of other random stuff can get into your car, the free vacuum really helps in cleaning that all up without me having to toss tons of quarters into a machine at a different type of car wash/gas station. So, if you're in the type of situation I'm in, and you just need to do occasional car washes for your crap cars that you are riding out until they die, slide down the pole at Firehouse Xpress Car Wash!
