After waiting 2.5 hours in my work day for the '1 hour' oil change, I came back again and waited another hour for this 'quick fix' as no one was there or answering the call for assistance in their system. I asked a Walmart associate to send someone to auto to help me and this did not seem to help things. I asked another associate who walked back with me to get someone, and then they came out to fix this for me. They told me how to fix this if it happens again, but did not mention this was their fault or something I should not have to do after paying $90 for an oil change. This was disappointing. The Walmart itself is fine, I've come in many times and also used their pickup (only had issues once when no one came out and I went in to find and grab my order which was sitting out luckily). Just stay away from their auto center as wait times are FAR longer than they should be!

I have to mention that the locals shopping were friendly and courteous as was the employees working that shift, just a good experience and on a side note, my potato salad was better than my cousins and how can you tell? They didn't sell dry ice but it comes in on trucks delivering their frozen products. Not knowing exactly when the truck would arrive we decided it probably wouldn't work out. A few minutes later they called back to say that the truck was in. They didn't have to call us back but did. We stopped in and they gave us 50+ lbs free!! Dry ice is not cheap so it was much appreciated. Thanks Torpins Grocery!!!
