Used to order from these all the time never any problems! Went off takeaways for 6 months then tonight decided to order. Food came and it was flat cold, I were going to drive myself and take it back but instead rang them, politely and explained it were cold. The man on the other end of the phone really went on one said he was the manager, what is it I expect from him, as I got so upset listening to it all my partner took the phone off me and the man then called him white scum before we hung up. I would avoid these at all costs and first thing tomorrow I will be making phone calls to see if I can do anything about this as it is disgusting.
