When the weather is nice there's usually a line, but their counter service does an admirable job working fast to keep everyone happy. I can't speak for their in-house dining. My only complaint about the takeaway experience is there are tables lined up all along the open storefront, more often than not occupied by happily smoking patrons; stale cigarette smoke & gelato don't go together exceptionally well in my experience, but grabbing a cone to go has never done me wrong.
