Brie, goat and another cheese that I have forgotten! With a nice selection of carbs!

The Albertine is a perfect little wine bar hidden behind Westfield. It is very authentic and cosy with a nice selection of wines by the bottle and glass. They also have a small menu with different small plates and a few entrees. The staff is very friendly and the whole place has a very laid back welcoming vibe. Everything is well priced and you can get a nice little cheeseboard for 3£ per cheese! I highly recommend popping in here for anyone overwhelmed with the insanity that is Westfield.

Lovely old wooden floors, chairs that seem to have belonged to a church, and its owner/ chef always having a glass of red wine at the end of the bar.

Ramshackle in appearance, this is so different and so good for being that way. I'm not much of a wine drinker but were I thus (and if I lived near Ealing) this would be where you would find me. Taht is, friendly, independent, slightly seedy, different, interesting, and a place for sitting and talking. It's showing its years, but in a way that adds character. Not fancy in any way, it reminds me of bars in France. It'slived in. It's pricipally a wine bar, and there are several type of white and red wine available by the bottle and the glass. Champagne, kir, bottled beer, and soft drinks are also available. There are a few tables for four, a couple for two, stools at the bar, a round window seat for four, and some booths in the back. There are, oddly, two pianos - not sure if they're just for show. There's unlikely to be anyone in here under the age of 25. It's a place for chatting, for speculating, for catching up with old friends. The music is from a stack of CDs behind the bar and was an excellent mix of pop and soul last night. I'm going to spend a lot of time in this bar to make up for the years I've been missing it.

When we walked it, it was quite busy as a huge party was occupying a table across from us. A few other guest always dining as well. Not a big place but still very intimate and quite nice. Bar available but not sure if it's full bar. We did have a couple bottles of wine with dinner. Menu, straight to the point. Tapas and more tapas. As there was couple of us, we all chose three dishes to share. Each all looked amazing. The prawns, chorizo, mussels, meatballs, hummus, sun dried tomatoes salad, mushrooms, fried halloumi sticks, the skewers, pate, avocado toast, and croquettes. Everything was really good apart from it being slightly different from the states. The only downside, the skewer were a bit dry but presented beautifully. Everything was quite tasty and plenty to share for what we've ordered. Mussels were quite tasty in the sauce, chorizo was really good. Pate was more of sliced meat versus a spread. Service was great, staff was really friendly and chatty which was great. They ended the night for us with a little cocktail shot which was quite nice. Overall, amazing service, food was great, atmosphere was nice and friendly. Will definitely return.

Small, friendly, a nice location just off the main shopping area, reasonably priced and generous portions. The food was delicious and worth venturing over for whether you are local or not! We had crisp halloumi, spiced aubergine with minced lamb, chilli peppered squid, pork belly and chips, a lovely crisp Pinot Grigio (my friend's a white drinker) and a couple of liqueur coffees. All this for £30 a head including a tip. The staff were efficient, attentive and charming. Young and energised, I loved the way all the front of house staff presented one table with a birthday dessert and sang with evident delight to the guest. We were made to feel very welcome despite booking a late table and the arrival of a large party of blokes who'd evidently been out for a Christmas get together added to the very European feel of this little gem. We'll be back
