HORRIBLE costumer service, accused of stealing when I did absolutely nothing
and the staff were shouting and behaving inappropriately. I am BANNED from abert hijn for doing absolutely nothing. I would not go to this albert hijn mainly because of staff (they are so BAD). No empathy, no understandings, no technicality. O MY GOD albert hijn needs to reconsider some people there.
The checkout experience was equally frustrating. The cashier seemed rushed and disinterested, failing to engage with customers or even make eye contact. I witnessed several customers in line struggling to understand the self-checkout machines, and the absence of staff to assist them only added to the chaos. It felt as though customer support was an afterthought rather than a priority. shopping at Albert Heijn has become an exercise in frustration I must say. If you are visiting this particular albert hijn please dont instead go to Lidl or Jumbo. read more
