Resultantly, when visiting the Netherlands, I had to go to Spar. That being said, my expectations were exceeded. Spar in the Netherlands has so many varieties of high quality tasty food, it's almost overwhelming and hard to decide. Much better than Spar Hungary (though that's greta too). I definitely suggest Spar Netherlands to locals and tourists alike. Prices are reasonable too.

I like this place. They have a huge selection of Asian ingredients that allow me to prepare food…read morethat reminds me of home back in San Francisco and introduces me to things I have never experienced. They have prepared foods as well. The staff speaks english. The have fresh fruits and vegetables as well as spices and frozen items.
