We both ordered a steak, as we were in beef country. When the food arrived in a styrofoam container with the cheapest possible cutlery I began to get worried. Then we opened up the boxes and indeed my fears had come true. The food was poorly prepared and just thrown into a box and full of oil. I ordered my steak medium rare, which ended up cold and bloody inside. My wife who only eats steak well done got hers cooked rare. We contacted the restaurant and asked them for a refund as the meal was nothing like we expected or asked for given the price we paid. The restaurant was unwilling to give anything and we were told to have a good night. I can't say what the service is like for those dining in the restaurant, but if our takeout experience was any reflection, it can't be good. This is one place we will not be going again nor recommending to any friends.

Where do I begin??…read more We walked 15 mins to this spot only to see it was still CLOSED. The sign said they opened at 2pm but clearly that was not the case. Our party of of 6 waited outside for 30 mins. Also waiting outside with us was the cook who was clearly on time for her shift. We returned later that evening at 7:45pm and ordered our food and drinks. The dishes were brought out one at a time and no one ate their meal together. We ordered our drinks and then we're told they ran out of ingredients so three of us had to select another option. The Drinks were then brought out in the same matter, staggered by the time I got my drink my friends were done with theirs. Drinks were brought out literally an hour later. My friend and I had the same drink, the Frida Kahlo and mine came in a tiny cup but here was brought out in a larger cup. Overall, the drinks weren't all that and the service was soooo slow. There was one server i don't blame her. The establishment should hire more servers. I wouldn't come back nor would I recommend this place.
