BEWARE!!! NEVER choose this law firm, Ali Alavi and his paralegal Karen will lie to you which is unethical and waste the time allotted via the statue of limitations. When you call they will provide false hoods " I have been working on your case", when in all actuality they will have done nothing. If you choose different legal counsel, the Alavi law firm will stall on transferring your file, file a lien for payment or both. I got the run around by this law firm on an automotive and injury case. The Alavi law firm did nothing but waste viable time. I came to know the Alavi law firm by clicking on an Insta Gram ad ("input your information to see how much your case is worth"). Approximately 20 minutes after I entered my information, Ali Alavi called me, we consulted, he was charismatic and made me feel as if I was in "good hands" hiring him as my counsel. After the retainer was signed, his paralegal Karen called me and I begin submitting requested documentation. After a month communication between myself and the Alavi law firm grew cold. At one point in time no one returned my calls or email communications. I went to the office, the door was locked, it was 1:15pm. After knocking for approximately 5 minutes a woman answered the door stating that she was the receptionist and she was the only person in the office. I told her my concern and she told me the paralegal was out on medical leave. I asked the receptionist to have Ali Alavi call me ASAP. No one from the Alavi law firm told me anything and my cases sat for 6 months. When I fired the Alavi law firm and hired different counsel, the Alavi law firm stalled on transferring my file (if they even had one).
