BEWARE of this place they make up lies about the items and have a system where a stranger comes in to comment on what a great purchase you are making but it's really one of their people. Found the item for $500 less on the internet and $400 less in Icy Strait Point. Unfortunately I did not realize they were this way thinking people in Sitka were so nice. Last November my wife and I shopped in the Sitka store while on a cruise. The displays were beautiful and all the items were quality items. I bought a watchband and ring and a ring for my wife. The rings had to be sized and sent later but were lost in the mail. When I called, Steve Aysheh followed up on the problem and quickly replaced the items. Steve was a delight to work with when we bought the items and in replacing the items. This is a quality store that was one of the highlights of our cruise. read more
