He listened to my electrical concern, told me he could come drive down all the way from Boca Raton to Miami and even gave me an updated ETA text prior to his arrival. He was at my parent's home within 2 hours. Manuel gave us a reasonable quote and even emailed us the tentative estimate. The next day his 2 service technicians came out on time. They fixed the issue and had done exactly what was needed. Manuel did adjust the quote accordingly to the service that was installed. He had emailed the revised quote and gave us all the options to make the payment convenient. Manuel and his team were very respectful, kind and so helpful in this process. Most of all the communication was top notch, I was very appreciative of that. Ariel came to my home exactly the day and time we agreed (unlike one of the other competitors). He showed up in what seemed a well equipped Van and was very professional. He seemed very honest. He was the first of three to point out a possible existing electrical connection in the area I was requesting a new one (the other two were from the same popular company). I thought it was something plumbing related. Later that day, he sent the quote as promised at a fair price. We proceeded with the work. The connection he had pointed out was in fact a connection, ultimately saving me money. He completed the rest of the work perfectly and was considerate with everything he did. He covered items with plastic sheets to protect them from dust and damage and cleaned everything he worked on. He brought extra materials just in case, unlike other work we have had where professionals have to make runs to the office or Home Depot.
