He's a very good chiropractor but unfortunately his staff is extremely rude. It was a billing issue that we were dealing with. I'd like to mention that we have always paid on time and in full. And again we are long-term patients of at least a couple of years. The office staff had made an error and put us through quite a few obstacles to prove to them that we had paid. They would not take the time to look at their own bank account to see if the money had been deposited. We were treated Disrespectfully, and as if we were trash. I put a review on there personal page through Google, and their response only addressed the fact of why the billing had been confused. That wasn't my issue. My issue was how we were treated. The part of the response to my complaint the comment was made that they would not tolerate anyone being rude to their staff. This did not happen, and I resent the fact that they even implied such a thing. This adds insult to injury. I do not suggest dealing with this company at all, not because of the Chiropractor himself, but because of his office staff. Extremely unprofessional, and unable or willing to accommodate anyone else's needs other than their own. I am so highly disappointed. I cannot even begin to explain.

I have been going here for a year now, I came here because I had been having multiple migraines…read moreeveryday for months and my doctors kept trying different drugs to fight them, non of them working. I initially came because I heard acupuncture could be good for migraines. Dr Jim does a great job of looking at the body as a whole and recommended adjustments for my issues and not acupuncture at that time. After the first adjustment I only had two migraines over the next week, after the second I had one, and after the third they were gone. I haven't had one since. He does a great job of recommending daily things to do differently to make your body work like it is supposed to. A year later I just threw out multiple bottles of migraine prescriptions that a year ago I was taking multiple times a day with little to no relief. I recommend Dr Jim to all my family and friends in the area, and would recommend him to you as well. I have had injections in my back and nerve ablations done in my lower back and never had the relief I feel from being here. I have seen chiropractors before for other issues and always was in and out in 5 minutes with one rough adjustment and gone. Three phone calls to correct a typo in the email address. 4 phone calls and two office visits to finally get billing information and a price plan to find out it was almost $400 after insurance for two visits. Say what!?!?! And they wanted 13 more visits that they were going to pre-authorize, ergo lock my insurance in so that I would not be able to use that for another doc should I so choose without a nightmare regime of discussions with my insurance company. I was then told that they didn't need to disclose billing in advance in Ohio and the insurance specialist acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a glance at what it might be. Bold faced unethical lie. I probably could have asked more questions to clarify but when I got that response and an attitude I shut it down and left rather than blow up and cause a scene. If you can't trust the billing practices then all confidence in any and all of the doctors is in question. I'll be filing complaints with BBB, my insurance company and working towards blackballing access to the community care program for the VA. You have every right to question billing prior to service in any state! Know your rights! Don't let anyone including these unethical folks tell you any different!
