The front desk and hygienist are super sweet to my face but they lied about the charges and what insurance covers. I checked while making an appointment, I asked while there, I called and asked again, then called after getting a giant bill. This place is a scam that tells the patient one thing, over bills and then lies repeatedly about it. What is the point of having dental insurance if they are going to charge $250 for a cleaning?!

Dr dalrymple has been mine and my sons primary care physician for about a year now. I highly recommend dr dalrymple. She is extremely through and listens to your concerns. I would have no hesitation setting a appointment with her. Also highly recommend dr knauss. Mine son has seen her a couple times when dr dalrymple has been to busy.

The Urgent Care Medical side is a complete joke. Our son had a simple ear infection and we called…read moreahead and were told to come in as long as we made it before 6:30. We got there at 6:24 and the person at the front desk went back on what they said and told my wife that all the providers left early and we could not be seen now. She got there 10 minutes after she called. This was an absolute lie as we watched multiple providers leave after we were turned away. It is 30 mins later and providers are still leaving. It would have been much better to just tell us not to come in. To be told one thing, and then to have them go back on their word and lie straight to my wife's face about it is a complete lack of respect and an insult. We are now at the emergency side and they are great. I will never go to the non-emergency side. What a total joke. The icing on the cake is that their outside sign still said open. The most disappointing piece of all of this is that they told her to come in and then turned her away.

Review of Out-Patient Surgery Pros…read more- Out-patient surgery staff was friendly and efficient. - Allowed to wait in patient's room instead of main waiting room. - Allowed to stay until patient felt ready to leave. - Staff offered drinks and warm blanket for family waiting. - Clean and fairly new wing of the hospital. - Called to check on patient a few days after surgery. Cons - New system so check-in was long and frustrating (check-in lady was not attentive which took longer). *Can't comment on cost as this varies by insurance company and your plan.

She reluctantly agreed to ambulance and doctor check..after fainting while trying to stand. So here we are. Great staff and Ms Doctor doing their thing. Glad they were not busy today. So Beth getting lots of attention to her sore spots and all areas of concern. She is able to tell everyone where and what hurts. Wonderful staff group, ambulance people also, making this as pleasant as possible.
