You attempted to correct the installation but instead made the situation worse. This was your second opportunity to install the cabinets correctly. 4. An independent countertop fabricator, one not selected by you or associated with your business refused to proceed because of the poor workmanship he observed with the cabinet installation. 5. A homeowner is not contractually obligated to provide a professional contractor with unlimited opportunities to correct basic installation errors. After multiple failed attempts, the homeowner is entitled to seek a qualified professional capable of completing the work properly. 6. We had already incurred delays due to your handpicked countertop fabricator failing to properly plan and measure the countertop portion of the project. 7. You were fired from the project because there was no way we would let the rest of the renovation become another failed repair. 8. Punch list items are minor fixes made at the end of a project. Your failures here weren't punch list items. They stopped the project, caused months of delays, and turned what should have been a few weeks into a drawn-out renovation. 9. Even more concerning is your refusal to accept any responsibility. That alone should be a red flag to anyone considering hiring you. 10. You lost the financial dispute with the bank. The bank agreed with all aspects of our account. Lucky for us, your opinion of our account isn't what matters. What mattered was the bank's review and what we could prove. And what we proved was a waterfall of evidence documenting your incompetence, poor workmanship, and failure to complete the job properly. Happy 4th of July. 11. I suggest you ignore anyone who tries to make light of wasting your hard earned money with this mediocre outfit. Hire a licensed general contractor. I cannot stress that enough. Before making your decision, do your own due diligence and Google the owner's name for publicly available court adjudication records. I'd beware of the fake 5 star reviews from his employees and family members. Krystal M is an employee. Crystal P is his sister.

However I decided to reach out week of to ensure job was still on, deposit was already paid. The cleaning lady came and did a walk thru for a final quote and how long the job would be she said about 4hrs. The day of clean. Booking was 8:00, she had told me she would be a bit late which was fine. The realtor said she dropped by around 10am and dropped off a lockbox, she saw cleaning lady there. I came to house to drop off keys for new owners around 1150. Cleaning lady was outside smoking in her car in driveway. She told me someone stole her card so she was dealing with that. When I left she was in kitchen wiping cabinets faces. I get a txt at 2:20pm from her saying she needs to leave to get cleaning supplies from Home Depot. At 7:01 I get another txt from cleaning lady that she will not be able to finish job today she will be back Sunday. She assured me everything was done except two big cabinets and floors. We get a pictures from owners and absolutely nothing was cleaned. 9 hrs at a job and nothing was done. We had to book another cleaning service. I asked for my deposit back of $100 and that was denied. Do not recommend this company for cleaning services.

I sent pictures to R & C SOD SOLUTIONS, LLC and expressed how disappointed I was with the look and quality of the sod that I was delivered. They advised that I just needed to water it excessively, which we did. Within days I sent more pictures of the dead sod I had throughout my community. R & C SOD SOLUTIONS, LLC advised that there was nothing that Bethel Farms would do about so there was nothing they could do about it. This was the worse quality of sod I've ever seen in my life. Dear Covenant Roofing Team,…read more I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the recent roofing improvement work completed on my mobile home. From start to finish, I received the utmost respect, great communication, and service from diligent and skilled professionals. Once I agreed to the project, the team immediately filed for the county permit. Within 24 hours, the roofing materials were scheduled and delivered on Sunday, and the entire job was completed and cleaned up the very next day on Monday. I want to specifically recognize Chris, the sales representative, who was outstanding throughout the process and secured financing with the exact terms we discussed upfront. I also want to commend Austin, the team supervisor from the Leesburg office, who did excellent work leading his crew in 103° feels-like temperatures. I was especially impressed when I messaged Austin on a Sunday expecting a reply the next business day, and he responded within 30 minutes. The best part of the experience was the consistent communication; someone was always keeping me updated and checking in to see if I had any concerns. I deeply appreciate the excellent work and everything Covenant Roofing has done. I would not hesitate to use your services again or refer your business to anyone.
