I was stunned and reported this to MG. A manager reported back to me that the Tech confirmed this happened and gave a ridiculous excuse that frankly is something I would expect from a 10 yr old who got caught. It was embarrassing. I asked for a new Tech and was told that would be difficult, but maybe. After reflecting on all of this, I realized I would have too many concerns moving forward with MG as to whether any future service was performed or was I maybe short changed.
