Every time there's an issue, this company fails to provide good customer service. My washer stopped…read moreworking over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning. It took 20 minutes to get someone on the phone and they said it would be Friday before they could get anyone out. Around 4:30 on Monday, I got an email stating they were going to be able to come out on Tuesday between 9-5. I replied and confirmed and told them my leasing office would be authorized to release a key. Tuesday at 1:00, I get an email stating they are cancelling service for today and would come out Wednesday between 9-5. I called customer service back and again it took 20 minutes of being on hold to speak with someone and he said there was an issue at the warehouse and none of the technicians were working today and it was moved to tomorrow. I asked if they could give me a specific time frame and was told no. I asked if they would give me compensation for the delay and issues and was told to contact them after the repair was fixed and they would see if compensation could be given. I pay $57 every month and have never missed a payment and would expect better service than this. I asked if I could have someone else come fix it because I know other companies can get out faster and was told no. If I rent from a company, I expect them to be able to fix it in a timely manner and not cancel midday via email. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would tell me the same thing. I said I want to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and he came back and surprisingly there aren't any supervisors to speak too. Now I have to go to the laundromat since I haven't had a washer all weekend and have no idea when or if my washer will be fixed this week. Azuma can't guarantee anything but they can definitely guarantee taking your money every month and providing incredibly horrible customer service.

We had the privilege of meeting and working with Joshua Mills to create my engagement and wedding…read morerings. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a special piece of jewelry. He is inviting, warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate - I'm nervous by nature and he assured me that everything would be perfect and this process is going to be exciting. This couldn't be more true. My boyfriend just ordered the engagement ring and I can say with absolute certainty that this experience would have been 100% different without Joshua's guidance. He gives phenomenal customer service, has a knack for design (he sketched out my dream ring the very first time we met - I didn't even know I had a dream ring), and it doesn't feel like he's trying to "sell" us anything. We went from clueless to confident after meeting with him just a couple of times. We haven't known him long, but my partner and I would both consider Joshua a friend. He is talented, incredibly patient, and is still providing us with an amazing experience during such an exciting moment in our lives. I cannot thank him enough.
