The pizza selection starts from the type of dough (which also has the option gluten free) and it ends with ingredients grown locally around Genoa, Italy and Europe. The pizza topping uses DOP cheeses, Dop Salumi. Just to say the one with eggs and asparagus (called Superouvo) comes from chicken superstars, free range, organic feeded.. try to have the owner explain to you about his pizza topping. They serve Birra Moretti that is an old brewed Italian beer not easy to find anymore on the market.
