I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco back in August of 2024 from Al Packer. I've been diligent on keeping up with the routine servicing and had no issues until recently. Two weeks ago I opened my car door to find the seat panel loose and immediately called Al Packet to take a look at it. I brought it in April 15, 2026 and was told that it being under 3 year warranty and under 25k miles it should be covered. After being charged $199.00 for a diagnostic (which it didn't need, the car runs with no issues) I was told that Ford would not cover the repair. I asked why not? It's a defect, not wear and tear or from an accident. I was told it's from Ford directly. Paid the $199.00 and took it back home for answers. My car extended warranty company, Ford corporate and Al Packer had me spend the next several days with phone calls, emails and texts passing the blame to the next person to contact. The blatant passing of the buck and lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I am at the point where I will take the loss, pay for the repairs and trade in for another brand. Never again deal with Al Packet Ford, and certainly don't be a fool to believe that warranties will be there in your time of need. I even read on my warranty paperwork that you can be denied coverage "at their discretion"

Email from Ford saying my bluecruise finally works.

Ford was able to fix my truck with over the air updates. Just proving Al Packer and their tech didnt do what they said.

We did a thing... we bought a Ford. First one for our family and had a wonderful experience with Brenda as our guide. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on what she was selling, she was efficient with our time and patient with our daughter. She was brutally honest and that is very respected as my husband is a mechanic and knows what he is talking about. I would absolutely recommend Brenda and her team to a friend, family member, and even a skeptic like myself. They all were helpful, made you laugh, and took the time to let you explore and question.

Here we go again. I had a horrible experience with the service department two years ago. I swore I'd never step foot in this dealership again. Out of convenience and second chances. I scheduled service here once again. I had an appointment for 7:00 AM. I was here before then but didn't get checked in until 7:08 AM. No biggie. I look around and see the place is full of service writers and techs/mechanics. I'm thinking great. It's just an oil change. I should be out of here in 30 minutes. (I had also requested a few recalls be addressed but was quoted 5 hours for that, so I declined) I was advised the oil change would take an hour and a half! Over two hours later, I was told I was ready to go. I had requested a complete synthetic oil change. Online, this was to be $89. My bill had come out to $124.80. No extra services were requested or offered, but I was already very late for work, rather than have the overage explained to me. I just paid and left. As I am walking to my car, I inspect the invoice. I notice that my complete synthetic oil change includes a tire rotation and brake inspection. As I begin to reflect on that, I think it's odd that no one asked me about my wheel lock key, but I assume, as I was once a mechanic, that the tech had his own wheel lock key arsenal. I get to my car and notice there is no interruption in the brake dust on any of the wheels. So, my wheels were never pulled for a brake inspection, but the tech passed the brakes with flying colors. Also, this means that the tires could not have been rotated. So not only did I lose almost 2 1/2 hours at the dealership for JUST and oil change that I could have had done at any roadside quick lube in 20 minutes and for the advertised $89, there is no other way to dispute anything except that the tech is dishonest by providing measurements of my brake pads when the wheels were never removed, and that the dealership's service department stole money from me in the form of not performing at least two of the services that were paid for. Details of my visit are as follows. Date of service: May 24, 2022 Time In: 07:08 Time Ready: 09:27 Tech: 8406 - Emmanuel Service Advisor: 6528 - Jeffrey Smith

The customer service is solid and I have spent time waiting in the lobby as well as upstairs while the vehicle was being serviced. I don't have a set advisor to go to since all of them have been positive. I'm not much of a fan of doing other services since the dealership always charge more. I make a note of what is recommended to get done and have it done at a cheaper auto service location.

While waiting at the dealership, the salesperson Francisco allowed us to look through their in-stock used vehicle inventory on his computer. We found a 2024 Toyota RAV4 with around 41,000 miles listed at approximately $17,000. We specifically asked multiple times about that vehicle because the price seemed unusually good, and the salesperson went back and forth speaking with managers before finally telling us they would show us the car. We were told it had just arrived and had not fully gone through the system yet, but that it was available to view. We viewer the vehicle, loved it, and returned to begin the purchasing process. The dealership started paperwork and even RAN OUR CREDIT for financing. Only after our credit had already been pulled did a manager come over and tell us the vehicle had supposedly been "mislabeled" and was actually meant to be priced at around $27,000, not $17,000. At that point, instead of taking accountability for the situation, we were immediately redirected toward more expensive vehicles, including brand new cars and lease options. I understand mistakes can happen, but allowing customers to test drive a vehicle, begin paperwork, and authorize a credit inquiry before suddenly changing the price by $10,000 felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. The entire experience wasted our time, affected our credit, and left us feeling pressured into spending far more than we originally agreed to. Now when we go to purchase another car we will have negative financial consequences by this credit hit. I would not recommend this dealership super unprofessional and unethical.

***Long Post Alert***…read more The car buying process has NEVER been this easy! I had to call my sales associate back to make sure we didn't forget to do something So after the PB Mitsubishi debacle, I was reminded that I know someone who works at CarMax in VA. So I went on their website and got prequalified. I found the vehicle I wanted in Orlando and then reached out to my guy to see what the next step was. This was on a Friday afternoon. My guy was off that day but jumped right in to assist me. He advised me to schedule a test drive so that the car would be reserved. He looked at what I had submitted and gave me an idea of what my payments would look like and what bank I would get the loan from. He said on Monday he would call me and we would get the process done. Over the weekend, I browsed through their inventory and found another one that I may be interested in that was in NC. Fast forward to Monday (3/17/2015), I spoke to my guy told him that I found a newer model of the vehicle I originally picked out that I wanted. Provided him with the stock number and he advised me to cancel my appointment with the one in Orlando and pay the shipping fee to have the one I wanted shipped to my nearest store. Then he submitted everything to the bank. He then told me that his goal is to make sure when I get to the dealership, I won't need to do much. The ETA for was between 3/22 and 3/27. I was notified every step of the way with the shipping of the vehicle. It arrived at the Royal Palm store on the morning of 3/22. All of my paperwork was submitted on that day and reps from the store made contact with me multiple times throughout the day. By 6:30 that evening, I was at CarMax speaking with Amanda and Brogan (I think that was his name). They were perfect and had me out of there within one hour of my arrival with my keys in my hand!!!!!! I would recommend CarMax to anyone! The customer service was above and beyond from start to finish! In addition, I called a few days later asking for new windshield wipers and they told me to come one over and they would take care of it. They did, with no hassle!

The truck also came with bad alternator, some electrical wiring issues which caused the A/C to stop working the first time we drove it. Radio had no bracket installed so it fell into the box, rear seats are all upholstered MDF where tiniest screws were used to secure them into the frame and have all come out and have to be re-drilled and secured. The turbo was not connected, thermostat housing was cracked causing overheat and requiring replacement even though the car was described as "completely restored" and "running like new." Car has been in shop twice in less than 200 miles for multiple, different repairs over $2000. Main dashboard panel was not replaced, so none of light/gauges are visible. Dennis promised replacement part- never sent. Paint was $600. Dennis would not return calls for weeks, and when I contacted Todd he promised to partially cover the above and then also went radio silent. Still waiting for a return e-mail, call or the check I was promised. Unfortunately probably going to have to go the legal route. These guys make the sale and then disavow any knowledge or responsibility for vehicles which they claim to have restored/completely inspected. Buyer beware, there are many, many far more reputable dealers to buy from.
