The intake woman was friendly and quick. Post registration, paid my insurance co-pay and waited only ten minutes. They provide a vending area with complimentary soft drinks and coffee which is a great unexpected feature. The tech was kind and thorough with an outgoing personality. Very clean CAT room and went smoothly until they would not provide a CD of my images after a request to the tech, and had to drive back weeks later to obtain the CD for my surgeon. Disregarding this mishap, I highly recommend this place for radiology scans.

This location is gorgeous in set up and is very clean. I had to get two ultra sounds done due to pain. I was able to get a cd right away. And my doctors got my results within 24-48 hours. Turned out nothing to be serious and it was just a cyst and fibroid. Glad I got it checked and tested by getting these tests done. The technician was excellent. She was gentle and good in communication. She told me exactly what she was doing etc. Side Note- They offer drinks if you need them after your tests. They have a variety of sodas, teas, hot chocolate and coffee. ~

The letter said my Dr will get a copy of results that was 7/9/2025 as of today my Dr did not get the results and He called one day they were gone at 12 and the next time nobody answered. I decided to start over at care diagnostics and had Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at the same time and results given right there by the radiologist. My breast tissue is not dense also. Rodney was so compassionate towards my mom. He kept her in the know the entire time. The woman sitting at the front desk was able to hand me the cd of my mom's brain. I'll get a full report in a couple of days. I told the lady at the front desk that they should hire someone to be available to go into the room with someone who is afraid. She said it's happened multiple times where the person was terrified. If only this place was close to me, I would love to be able to be the person they call to sit in the room with someone who was afraid.

From scheduling the appointment and checking in to having the actual test, the entire process used to be stress-free, but this years experience was much different. The staff is great, but the real accolades go to the mammography technologist. She is warm, compassionate, and genuinely makes an uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing test feel a little easier. I was disappointed to be told this year that they no longer provide the results at the end of the appointment because of covid. That explanation didn't make sense to me, since I've had my annual mammograms here throughout covid and received my results at the end, every year until now. I'm grateful to have a place I trust for such an important test, but I am thinking about going somewhere else next year. Waiting a handful of days for results does not work for me, not when most other places offer same day results. I have a year to decide if I will return next year. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with genuine care not like a number. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease. During my most recent visit, I had my very first MRI, and my nurse, Amanda, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the process, and made sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. She even gave me headphones with my fav music on. Her kindness made a huge difference since I was very scared going to it. The facility itself is extremely clean. The waiting rooms are spotless, and I loved that they provide a private changing room, your own robe, and a secure locker for your belongings while you're having your exam done. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple, which I really appreciate. Whether you need x-rays, sonograms, ultrasounds, MRI, I highly recommend this imaging center. I was checked in 5 minutes later and called for my appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I was in and out with a copy of the scans by 10:15. Now here's my issue. ALWAYS read the doctors imaging prescription before going. After I was brought into a private room the technician said he was going to get the IV for the contrast. I told him the order clearly stated With Out contrast. He did check the order again and verified I was correct. Thankfully I was aware and knew the difference because that could have been a major mistake.

Before he started he talked to me explaining the procedure and the use of novocaine shots to numb the area. He emphasized I was to tell him if I felt any pain and he would inject more novocaine until I had NO pain. He kept his word and I thanked him for using small stitches- I was impressed By his technique.I am seeing him tomorrow so he can remove the stitches! Initially I requested a good faith estimate (GFE), and they never provided me one in writing. I asked what the "cash pay" charge was for both procedures , and they told me $400. Since I was using my healthcare coverage, naturally they charged me double $800...it the insurance game. However, after the procedure, they tried billing me for an additional $150. Ive been trying to reach their billing department. for 1-1/2 weeks, and can not get a call back. Since the final bill exceeds their GFE by $400, I will be filing a CMS Patient-provider dispute. Poorly managed, and if you are not familiar with the insurance game, they will take advantage of you. Fortunately, I know the business.
