The good thing about Itrain is that they have a card solution were you can work out whenever it suits you. They don't have opening hours that restricts you from working out whenever it appels you the most. And you can work out at both centers - both the one at Danmarksplass and the one at Olav Kyrres gate. They also have a very affordable price, compared to the other fitness centers in Bergen with a different range of memberships. The centers are not that big. They have an ok range of fitness gears and machines, and you can all together get a functionable workout. The centers tend to get a bit crowded in the afternoon and evening, which is not very unusual in Bergen. If you want to work out alone or with only a few people around you, I would reccomand you to do your workout in the morningtime.

When you try to call the gym and cancel, no one answers the phone. They are total criminals who will take your credit card info and run with it. DO NOT DO IT!

The studios are usually crowded in the…read moreafternoon and evenings, so if you don't want to stand in line for the treadmill, I would reccomand you to go there early in the morning. Vektertorget is probably the best place to do your musculary fitness training. They have a large range of fitness gears and machines. They have a own room for basic training, with abdominal work out gears, TRX, dumbells, and so on. You can also perform endurance work outs, but my experience is that the air ventilations is not that good. I would rather perfer to do that in another SIB-center. I'm very fond of the spinning classes at SIB Vektertorget. They have great spinning instructors, and you get a really motivated to kick in all your energy. I must say I haven't tried out their other classes, such as yoga, muscular strength classes, aerobics and so on - but from what I've heard, their pretty good too. SIB Vektertorget has also a rumor of housing the strongest and most well trained boys and girls - but don't let this scare you at all. This is a great place for a good work out.
