LSM has a smallish coffee bar, with ample offerings. Their to go refrigerated section has vegan/gluten free offerings: salads, soups, bowls, sandwiches. Upstairs, takes you to every grain imaginable, spices galore, local cheese/dairy/meat/pickles, frozen goods, cereals, stocks, sauces, juices (too much to list and remember).
