Unfortunately, that success does not seem to translate into ethical or compassionate patient care. My experience was marked by what felt like deceptive billing practices, including not being clearly informed that the office was out-of-network with my insurance until after treatment costs became an issue, and a disputed balance of $479.20 turned into collections despite their own failure to file it with the correct insurance company after being informed of their error more than once -- AND after a written dispute was filed. In fact, when written concerns were raised about the quality of the work and the billing issues, the response I received was deflective, dismissive, and condescending rather than professional or solution-oriented. We had services that were not performed to proper standards and necessitated multiple visits but were still never resolved - leaving painful and sensitive teeth that had to be treated elsewhere. She never reached out and never apologized for the substandard care or inconvenience. "Their efforts" consisted of making excuses and minimizing the issues followed by a dismissal letter sent certified mail. It was an unprofessional, shallow response to legitimate concerns -- much like you can see in her response to other poor reviews for Triple Crown Dentistry. The office culture also came across as highly image-focused -- giving the impression that appearance matters more than patient comfort or transparency. (Just visit the FB page) Overall, the experience left me feeling misled, undervalued, and deeply disappointed by a practice that appears far more invested in luxury branding and profit margins than quality services, patient trust, and accountability. The dental work was substandard, dissatisfactory, and rushed -- she's obviously stretched too thin to prioritize quality patient care and responds to legitimate concerns defensively rather than constructively. The over billing practices also raise concerns -- as another online reviewer indicated -- charges were significantly higher than standard for several services, seemingly at the patient's expense. I imagine it lends to the lavish lifestyle. Save yourself the money, frustration, and unnecessary headaches by going elsewhere.

During my cleaning, they pointed out a few areas I should pay extra attention to, but overall let me know I was doing a good job caring for my teeth, which was encouraging. I also needed a new retainer since I previously had braces and my old orthodontist is no longer practicing. They were able to handle everything in-house, which was super convenient. The best part was the 3D scan technology--they scanned my teeth instead of using the old-school messy mold material. Anyone who has ever dealt with those traditional impressions knows how much better this is. Now they have my scans on file, so whenever I need a replacement retainer in the future, it can be easily reordered. The only downside was cost--the retainer was around $250, which definitely stings. Also, be aware of their cancellation policy: if you don't cancel within 24 hours, there is a $50 fee. That said, they did waive one of my fees when I was sick, which I appreciated and felt was fair.

I love the doctor himself, and the hygienists have always been friendly; however, my problem lies with the billing and front office. I've have several billing issues over the years, all due from a lack of proper communication and understanding, and seemingly misleading information and advisement. My first incident was years ago from an elective procedure I did at their encouragement, stating that I would have to pay up front, submit to insurance, and they would (more than likely) pay. Granted, she (the front office) didn't say they definitely 100% would pay, and I knew there was a chance they wouldn't, but she was almost sure they would. Well, they didn't... so $2500 later and seemingly some crazy coding issues, I never got any portion of that money back and the procedure didn't do what it was intended to do. As of recent, it's been the results of special cleanings following, again, a lack of proper communication as to what is happening. I'm just tired of dealing with the front office regarding these issues. Although the hygienists have always been friendly, there was almost always a new one every time I visited... either they have a HUGE turnover or they have some program for new hygienists upon graduation. The only people that are ALWAYS there are the doctor, Emily (hygienist), and Carolyn (front desk, billing, receptionist)... which, I believe are the doctor's daughter and wife.

Random bills 9 months later, that are unexplained, with no breakdown of the supposed procedures other than "previous balance," no ability to provide me with that information, etc. Find somewhere else.

Zero stars I had a…read moredeeply disappointing experience at Oliver Orthodontics. I paid $6,000 out of pocket for Invisalign--so much so that I even wrote "Invisalign" in the memo line of my check. Instead, I was given a different brand of aligners called Spark, without being informed or asked if I was okay with the substitution. When I discovered the issue, I brought it up. Dr. Oliver initially said the confusion was due to a co-worker and that I could switch to Invisalign if I was unhappy. But when I raised it again later, she said switching would require additional payment and told me, "Let's agree to disagree"--even though I had clearly asked for Invisalign from the start. Treatment was also projected to take 18-24 months. It ended up lasting over two and a half years, with little communication about the delays. At one point, I was advised to continue wearing a cracked aligner for weeks while waiting for a replacement, despite the app telling me to move on to the next set (which I didn't have). At the end of treatment, I was not asked if I was happy with the results, and I never received Invisalign or any compensation for the brand switch. At my next dental cleaning, my regular dentistry pointed out cement residue still left on my teeth from the orthodontic work--something that should have been removed before I was considered "done." When I asked about a partial refund, I was told no, and was accused of making the staff uncomfortable simply for asking questions. That alone felt incredibly unprofessional. In short, I didn't get the product I paid for, my treatment lasted far longer than estimated, and I left the experience feeling disrespected and dismissed. I would never recommend this practice.
