Then on day 11 I called them to ask what time to pick the car up and was told that the car MAYBE be ready in another 3 days. When I finally picked up the car, the check engine temperature light came on after 5 minutes of driving. I found at pretty quickly it was because they had drained the coolant and forgotten to replace it. BEWARE USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!

But this review is not about the dealership this review is about Adelaide Exclusive Mechanical. I found the staff at AEM to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve was great in handling my enquiry and although I am a lay-man, spoke to me on level, not down to me. Jeff had even worked at (the dealership) for 20 years and was familiar with my type of car. The result is that I've had my issue fixed for less than I was quoted for a diagnosis of the issue. I am very satisfied with the service I received from here and I will do business here again.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced at their used car dealership. We made an…read moreenquiry about a Nissan Pathfinder. We received two phone calls back acknowledging (really, one is enough thanks). When we got there, the car seemed to be ready to be test driven, and we were immediately approached by one of the staff. As we like to just have a good look at a car, and then seek a sales rep to answer any queries, I immediately went up to this chap, and told him we were just looking, and I would grab him =when we needed him. He still seemed that he wanted to "assist" us, so I then Told him, we were ok. We spent 10 or so minutes looking through the car, adjusting seats, looking at the tyres, scratches/stone chips etc. My wife said she liked it, and would like to buy it. We had a Navara to trade. So my wife approached another sales rep (I am lead to believe the manager), and said we would like to take it for a test drive, and we would like the Navara priced for trade in. Well. His comment of "so thats how it is, is it". Then a comment about how I/we upset his staff member???? We are the customer, so don't we have a say in whether we want sales reps hovering around. I mean, it is extremely off putting. My wife told him to shove the car, and we walked away (dont forget. We wanted to buy this car!!!). So we got onto carsales web site, found identical car make/model/tear and amount of kms on the clock for the same price at UNLEY NISSAN! And it was in far better condition. The sales rep Marcus left us alone. We then test drove it, came back and bought it. Conclusion??!! Give Jarvis ford used cars a miss and go to Unley Nissan for 2nd hand vehicles.

After my last service they found 3 things wrong with my car, and would had cost quite a bit of money. After getting no straight answers or how much it was going to cost l was recommended to go to Redmont motors Stanbel Rd to get them to have a look at my car. They might charge a bit more but saying that you know where you stand with them and they have a loan car which is very handy if you need one. Redmont motors found only 1 thing wrong that needed to be done. To me that is a honest company that is there for customer service not the dollar sign and l appreciate what they did for me.
