Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I received one ridiculous estimate from a shop in Williamsburg that claimed they would have to remove all of my carpeting from the car in order to clean it, otherwise it would never dry. Studio 167 charged me a very reasonable flat rate for the job, gave me tips on how to ensure the carpeting would dry, & were very kind & accommodating.
